Will Warwick Davis sue mini cooper car for being too big?

Famously short actor falls out of classic mini cooper vehicle in a hillarious and spontaneous moment whilst filming a segment for a tv show. In the mockumentary series created by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, Davis plays a fictionalized, egotistical version of himself who drives a large SUV to compensate for his height. The joke involves him comically struggling to exit the oversized vehicle, often tumbling ungracefully onto the ground. 

Warwick Davis has explained that these were intended as general gags about desperation and a “small man complex,” not just height jokes.
